|WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?||The camp is open to students entering grades 6-12.|
|WHERE IS IT?||We use the group camp facility at Pigeon Creek County Park just north of Holland, Michigan. We have found this campsite to be very well suited to our needs. It offers the privacy and quiet needed for Bible study as well as providing opportunities for other outdoor recreation. Students will camp in tents in a wooded camp area.|
|WHEN IS IT?||Camp opens at 3:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 19, 2021 and closes at approximately 11:00 am EDT on Thursday, July 22, 2021.|
|THE PURPOSE OF THE CAMP||The purpose of the camp is to provide students an opportunity to grow in their study and knowledge of God’s word and to develop a deeper confidence and trust in their Lord and Savior Jesus. Campers will participate in Bible study activities and daily devotions. The camp will also give students a chance to meet and fellowship with Christian friends.|
|OTHER CAMP ACTIVITIES||Although the main purpose of the camp is spiritual, there is opportunity both to exercise and rest the body as well. Other camp activities include games, nature activities, swimming, hiking, music, and campfire time.|
|COST||The camp fee is $50 per student. Campers should also bring money for one fast food meal. All other meals and snacks are included in the campsite fee. In addition, the camper is responsible for his own transportation costs to and from the camp.|

COVID-19 UPDATE If you are sick with any type of illness when camp opens, please do not come. Also, due to the nature of outdoor group camping we are unable to observe strict social distancing guidelines at camp. For instance, students will share tents and prepare meals together. Good personal hygiene and cleanliness practices during camp will be emphasized as always, but if you feel you would be uncomfortable under these circumstances then please join us next year instead.
